YOTD ARTIST SUBMISSION FORM

Please fill out the following form by May 1, 2024, to provide information for our upcoming fundraising group show, 'Year of the Dragon.' This event is in collaboration with Friends of Chinatown and is planned for September 2024.

Friends of Chinatown is a program arm of Volly, a registered non-profit organization established in 2018 that promotes volunteering, initiates social enterprises, and hosts events. The goal of Friends of Chinatown is to provide historical tours, promote Chinatown organizations and businesses, and host enjoyable events to raise awareness.

Note that the final artwork is due by September 1, 2024, and ceramic pieces must not exceed 18 inches. We will send more details about the event later this month and an artist release form for your artwork closer to the event date.

Fundraiser Options

Donated proceeds will go to 'Friends of Chinatown' and help cover some of the event costs. Alternatively, you can choose to keep half of the proceeds. If your artwork does not sell, you have the option to keep it or donate it to 'Friends of Chinatown'.
